Hi @"SylvainCloutier"#p5208 , Could you share the screenshot of the [OAK Device Manager](https://docs.luxonis.com/projects/api/en/latest/components/bootloader/#device-manager)? I would first try to update the bootloader to the latest version (0.21) and then try to flash the pipeline to the OAK. From the logs below it might be that flashing was successful, since you are printing the same object as before. Thanks, Erik

Clicking [Flash newest Bootloader] should work. That's how I've updated mine so far.

SylvainCloutier I would first update the depthai version (pip install depthai -U), then flashing newest bootloader (0.21) and then flashing the app on there.

SylvainCloutier I noticed on the OAK-1 POE I have less latence than with 0.0.20 bootloader. I don'T know if it'S the bootloader or it's less trafic on our network today.

I don't see where to insert the flash card in the OAK-D-W-POE. Can it be used Standalone?

There's no SD-card slot on the OAK-D-W-POE, as it has onboard flash, and you can still run your application in standalone mode (without the need of SD card). Have you tried restarting the camera after trying to flash the pipeline to it - if it runs the app afterwards?

Same issue for me with a OAK-D-POE. Updated to bootloader 0.0.21, Flashed script_mjpeg_server.py - it jumped directly to Flashing progress: 100.0% and doesn't work.

bogdan with my OAK-1 I restart it and it take few minutes before it works. But with my OAK-D-W-POE the flashing progress write 0% for me.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We have recently updated depthai to 2.19, which also included some fixes to OAK Device Manager utility. Could you try updating the depthai-python repo (git pull), installing latest depthai (pip install depthai -U) and trying again?

I tryed . When I flashed the pipeline , it goes till 97% and stop . Now I don't see it on network. I look for the connector to flash it using usb. Before flashing it I tryed another thing using stereo pipeline and I realized something wrong with right camera. It don't give me frame. and the left one seam not give the brigtness properly. (the OAD-D-W falled on the ground and I think that why camera don't work properly.) After flashing it with usb I will see If I need to make it repair.

at this time , my OAK-D-W don't work at all and I search for wire to connect to M8 8 pos connector to USB. I don't find it. Do you have a repair service in Canada?
