Hi @"SylvainCloutier"#p5208 , Could you share the screenshot of the [OAK Device Manager](https://docs.luxonis.com/projects/api/en/latest/components/bootloader/#device-manager)? I would first try to update the bootloader to the latest version (0.21) and then try to flash the pipeline to the OAK. From the logs below it might be that flashing was successful, since you are printing the same object as before. Thanks, Erik

Clicking [Flash newest Bootloader] should work. That's how I've updated mine so far.

@"SylvainCloutier"#p5224 I would first update the depthai version (` pip install depthai -U`), then flashing newest bootloader (0.21) and then flashing the app on there.

@"SylvainCloutier"#p5246 I noticed on the OAK-1 POE I have less latence than with 0.0.20 bootloader. I don'T know if it'S the bootloader or it's less trafic on our network today.

I don't see where to insert the flash card in the OAK-D-W-POE. Can it be used Standalone?

Hi @"SylvainCloutier"#p5248 , There's no SD-card slot on the OAK-D-W-POE, as it has onboard flash, and you can still run your application in standalone mode (without the need of SD card). Have you tried restarting the camera after trying to flash the pipeline to it - if it runs the app afterwards? Thanks, Erik
