Here are the differences between the two OAK ToF (aka OAK-D-SR-PoE) variants:

New variant "12MP Single":

ToF 33D, 640x480 resolution
IMX378, 12MP color sensor
OV9282, 1MP global shutter monochrome sensor, no IR filter (so it sees both visible + IR)
IR illumination/flood LED - for night vision

Existing variant "1MP Stereo":

ToF 33D, 640x480 resolution
2x OV9782 (stereo pair), 1MP color global shutter sensor
IR illumination/flood LED - for night vision
IR laser dot projector - for active stereo

@SamiUddin that would also be applicable in some cases, or to also add ToF cam (1x IMX378, 1x ToF) 🙂 On OAK4 we'll also have variant with high-res color cam (+ToF), and both USB/POE connections.
