What you have sent seems like standard drift due to integration error. Nothing you can do about it without sensor fusion, but that is part of VIO.
Did you move the device when recording the data you have sent? I can confirm using your script, the accelerometer stays pretty much as 0.0 +/- 0.1 when stationary.

The smaller cameras don't comply with any general standard (like VESA), so the holder will have to be custom. I have seen users use a similar mount to this: https://mikrotik.com/product/QMP-LHG#fndtn-specifications
