For my application I'm using an OAK-D camera in a marine environment where seawater frequently splashes onto the front of the camera and where condensation from water vapor can fog up the camera front as well. Does anyone know of any simple and reliable ways to prevent or remove both instances of water obscuring the lens which don't require a human to manually wipe the lens every so often? Thanks!

Have you considered hydrophobic coatings for the front glass? Ones specifically for saltwater.
Another option would be an air jet, but that is much more difficult to implement.
Thanks,
Jaka
Do you have any recommendations for sourcing saltwater hydrophobic coatings and/or air jets?

Sorry, no, haven't tried it myself before. Coatings should be widely available, so just check a few - they should work fine.
Thanks,
