Different quality of depth from the same cameras

Hi, we have encountered a problem with our new cameras. We have multiple cameras OAK D PRO Wide. On majority of the cameras, the depth looks fine, but two of our cameras seems to have some issue. The SW version is the same, depth-ai viewer shows the same results.

First picture is the "ok" camera, second is the one with some issue.

Calibration was bad to begin with or HW changes (during shipping or later) caused camera movements.

Thanks. Also, we have encountered some problems with depth alignment, is it possible that it is caused by the same problem? The color image seems to be shifted from the depth, but again, only on some cameras.

If setDepthAlign is set to the right socket, then probably the extrinsics are wrong in the calibration file.
