Can someone help me with figuring out how to set the format from RAW8 to RAW10 for a higher gradient. I have been fighting with the chat.luxonis.com for a several hours. I am using the OAK-FFC 3P module with a OAK-FFC OV9282 monochrome camera module connected to the CAM_C socket. I have not tried the camera node. I will try this later today or tomorrow morning. Will the camera node have worse performance verses the MonoCamera node?

@Hester no not really, not sure what kind of performance you'd be looking at. Also for RAW output you can just use ColorCamera node, as RAW is before debayering anyways, I think it should work, it will just provide strange isp/video/preview outputs (raw as expected).

@Hester that you shouldn't connect/view isp/video/preview, only raw output. Example here:

jakaskerl Thanks I got it. I had to change the setRawOutputPacked to false and like you said change the output to raw to get the RAW10. If the setRawOutputPacked was set to true with the output set to raw I would get Pack10. When using the RAW10 my displayed image is very dark almost fully black and increasing the exposure time and ISO do not appear to do anything. If I use the Pack10 I get an skinny column display. I am currently working on this and any help displaying these images correctly would be appreciated.

Probably because OpenCV cannot display frames that are not UINT8. You would need to decode the RAW10 into RAW8 correctly before displaying the data.

I tried to output RAW images and succeeded with the RAW output and Bayer decoding. I performed white balance adjustment based on the gray world assumption using the green channel as a reference, but the resulting RGB image has a greenish tint. Were you able to improve this issue?

I can get a pretty good image using this method and by lowering the green gain (or scaling B and R relative to G), but is still get a slight tint. But I don't know the colour space enough to say what the cause is. If demand is high enough, we can deep dive into it.
