After a factory reset to the OAK-1 PoE camera, I cannot connect to the camera with MxID to run my project. How can I solve this problem?

    Hi Fakhrullo
Can you connect to the device using IP? When connected, check the MXID again. I don't think a reset would change the MXID but try it anyway.

    Thanks,
    Jaka

      Hi jakaskerl
As you can see I can connect to the camera using IP in the device manager however I tried to connect using IP in other cases but had no luck, I couldn't connect to it

        Hi Fakhrullo
Could you add a minimum reproducible example of this happening? The MXID should stay the same, but IP might change to something outside your subnet.

Does regular device discovery (not specifying IP or MXID) work? Eg. the stock rgb_preview.py example.

        Thanks,
        Jaka

          Hi jakaskerl
Can it be still connected via MxID wirelessly after making a factory reset to USB mode?

Fakhrullo connected via MxID wirelessly after making a factory reset to USB mode?

What do you mean by that?

            Thanks,

After factory resetting to USB mode, can I connect to the OAK camera with MxID?

              Like this

Or should I connect to the camera with a USB cable?

                Hi Fakhrullo
Don't use the USB mode for POE devices as this will flash the USB bootloader which is the one used by USB devices and doesn't feature ETH services. Use the network bootloader.

                Thanks,
