  • RAE Robothub connection issues - manual setup

  1. I entered my SSID wrong and scanned it so I can not get it to try to read a QR Code again. (no feedback that it read the qr code - or I am just an idiot).
  2. I got the device on my router manually using the instuctions. My RAE can now see robothub.luxonis.com.
  3. I used the robothub-ctl cloud connect and got a code.
  4. I enetered the URL https://robothub.luxonis.com/auth/connect-agent/xxxxxxxxxxx in my browser.
  5. Asked me to connec to my team.
  6. Then it gave me a forbidden in an orange box on the top right of RobotHub

Any advice or feedback??

One business week and no official response. I am going to stick with a boat anchor. Sorry Luxonis and OpenCV you have dropped the bar on this project. I think I am going to through this device in the computer parts that does not work.

    Sorry, we have ad some internal problems regarding the support for the Robothub/rae. I'll be handling the support for this as well from now on.
    The project is still in early access and we are trying our best to update our documentation and give as much support as we can.

    I'll check in with the dev team and get back to you asap.

    I finally got it connected. I am not sure how but it did connect. I was able to use the qr code reader and so I think an update must have been made to RobotHub to fix my issue.

    I am still stuck. I got the manual connection to work once, but then I kept having connectivity issues and trouble installing apps so I reset the RAE and started over. Now I can't connect at all…
