Blurry image from right lens

Hi. I was testing the OAK-D PRO with "Preview color and mono cameras".

If we observe the 3 figures below, the feed from the right lens appears blurry. It gets worse as I shift towards the left, and it is blurry even when I'm in the middle. Will this affect depth perception in any way (eg accuracy)? Is there something we can do so that it is not blurry?

We apologize for this issue. What's the minimal distance from the right camera so the object isn't blurry? It looks like the ceiling is it focus. And feel free to send an email to support@luxonis.com to have your device replaced, as this will affect depth perception.

Hey erik. Difficult to say in my opinion. If we observe the figures below (tray was moved at 10cm increments, 20 cm to 80 cm from datum), it looks like the top and bottom left section of the right lens is significantly affected.

I'll contact support to discuss the replacement.

Hi, I've received a replacement unit, but I think the replacement unit's left lens is facing the same issue. Kindly assist me with this. Thank you.

I believe the blurriness is minimal, looking at the "KELUAR" exit sign, so I assume it falls in the focus tolerances. I don't think stereo depth should be affected by this too much, but would need disparity frames to assess better.

erik Hi Erik, can you brief me on which code I can adapt and what to check to ensure the depth performance is working correctly?

I've tried into depth preview but not sure how to extract physical depth or what do we need to verify this.

Hi glitchyordis , that example should be fine - it will show colorized disparity, which is great to determine how stereo system is performing.
