Issue Setting Up PoE Camera with Luxonis Setup

Hello,
I am trying to set up my Luxonis OAK 4 D pro wide camera locally using the Luxonis Setup website, configuring it with a static IP. The PC is connected via Ethernet to a TP-Link 8-Port Gigabit PoE+ Switch, and the camera is also connected via Ethernet to a TP-Link 8-Port Gigabit PoE+ Switch. Both the PC and the camera are on the same subnet.

PC Ethernet IP: 192.123.25.100
Camera Static IP (during setup): 192.123.25.97
Subnet mask: 235.235.235.0

When I get to the step where I show the QR code to the camera, the LED blinks yellow for a while and then starts blinking red, indicating failure. It never completes the setup.

My questions are:

Does the PC need internet access during local setup, or can it be fully offline?
Is there anything specific I should verify to ensure the camera can reach the PC over the static network?

I would appreciate any guidance on what might be going wrong or what I should double-check in the setup steps.

Hey sanjit - your static config is invalid. 192.123.25.x is a public range and the mask 235.235.235.0 isn’t valid. Use a private /24 like 192.168.25.0/24 instead: PC 192.168.25.100, camera 192.168.25.97, mask 255.255.255.0, gateway/DNS blank. You need internet access to click through and get to the QR code. Once that is up, you don't need internet connection. Re-generate the QR and scan again.

I had given proxy ip adresses here are the final correct addresses I’m using:

PC (Ethernet adapter):

IPv4 Address: 192.168.25.10
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

Camera (Static configuration during setup):

IPv4 Address: 192.168.25.97
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.25.3

After applying these settings, the QR setup process is still not working correctly.
please let me know what might I am doing wrong?

Did you connect internet to it?
You need internet access to click through and get to the QR code. Once that is up, you don't need internet connection.

I am having the same issue, except that Im connecting the camera directly to my laptop. Any suggestions?
