Steady orange LED OAK 4 D Pro

Hello,

First time booting my OAK 4 D Pro Wide, powered through PoE+ via the Ubiquiti injector sold in Luxonis' shop.

When the camera boots, LED flashes red 5 times, then goes dark for a few seconds and then goes steady orange.

Tried plugging it to my laptop via RJ45 and USB C: the device isn't seen in OAK Viewer but appears when I type oakctl list in the terminal.

I also successfully logged in the device through adb and connected to it through oakctl.

However, oakctl command returns incomplete information as you can see:

OS, Agent version and Setup columns are blank here.

So for now I cannot access any video feed and in the getting started guide they say I should contact Luxonis support if I get a steady orange light at first boot.

I did contact them but I am still waiting for them to reply, so I was wondering if anyone had any idea on how to fix this?

mount -o remount,rw / && rm /persist/factory/enabled && cp -r /persist/factory/original_files/ / && rm -rf /persist/factory/original_files

then reboot.

jakaskerl Thank you, it fixed the orange state but now each time I try to run the setup, the device blinks yellow, then red twice.

I tried setting up through QR Code and oakctl.

EDIT: I successfully completed setup, but I still can't access OAK Viewer. I can ping the device though. Do you have any clues?

I think I found what the new problem is:

09:07:09 DEBUG Device start failed due to known problem.

09:07:09 CRITICAL The device calibration data are missing. Please (re)calibrate the device.

If you have any cues on how to properly calibrate the device I would greatly apprecitate it.

EDIT 3: Tried the calibration script in the depthai repo. I have this error code:

Please email support@luxonis.com and we'll replace it.

Apologies for this - looks like an uncalibrated device found its way out of the factory.
