OAK 4 oakctl Windows not connecting

Device is recognised on LAN. Can view it in Viewer. Can see it with oaktl list, but cannot connect to it. Any ideas?

If your device shows up on the LAN (and in Viewer and via oaktl list) but you can’t actually open a connection to it, it’s often because the onboard OS and oakctl are not compatible. To resolve this, please install the latest oakctl: https://oakctl-releases.luxonis.com/data/latest/windows_x86_64/oakctl.msi

That was the issue. I thought I updated but actually update failed. Doing the update correctly solved this issue.

@kisdia could you please try to do an update from the link above (https://oakctl-releases.luxonis.com/data/latest/windows_x86_64/oakctl.msi) once more?

The oakctl self-update command had a bug until version 0.13.2 (released ~5 minutes ago), so the update with an older version is possible only by downloading that installer manually.

You will also need to update OS on your device, I can see that you have Luxonis OS RVC4 1.8.0. You can do that by running oakctl device update with device connected via USB (or see Luxonis OS - 2^nd tab OS update for ssh command).
