Hi,

I have a new OAK-1 PoE camera that is not working. When I run my script it throws the error [ColorCamera(0)] [error] Camera not detected on socket: 0

I am able to ping the camera as shown below. I have set the camera to a static ip and have been using it then. If I run the script with any other OAK-1 PoE cameras that we have with the same setup, they run successfully without any errors.

If I run the same script with another camera like OAK-D PoE it works as expected. So I am sure its not the script that is causing this error. I also ran the cam_test.py script from depthai-python after referring to some previous posts with similar issues and below is the output.

I feel it is a hardware issues as none of the other OAK cameras provide me with this error. I look forward to hearing back from you.

        I have updated the depthai version to 2.30 and I am still getting the same error. I will fill the RMA as suggested.
