Issues while deploying OAK D CM4 POE with Raspberry 5 B

Im trying to flash the latest pre-configured OS Image via baleniaEtcher. (source: RPI OS Images – Google Drive) to the Raspberry 5 b

After verifying it appears the archive is corrupted.

I used winRAR and converted the file to RAR and tried to repair the archive I also tried just unpacking the file with winRAR it always fails during bootup.

Can I use the original RPi_64bit_OS.xz as source for the SD flash if thats the case why does it tell me the archive is corrupted or is it necessary to unpack the file?

The same issue as shown in the picture appears if I use the original .xz file via Raspberry Pi Imager

It also appears the SD card only has a capacity of 512 MB even thou it has 32 GB and only 43 MB are occupied but the Original Image.xz has 2,3 GB

Just reflash the sd_card with balena again.. This shows the image is corrupted which suggests a bad flash.

Thanks for the fast reply,

the issue still persists. I tried several times with different SDadapters and SDcards. If I flash the SD with the compressed .XZ file it always tells me the archive is corrupted and the file names look like this

When I try unpacking the OS Image first the file names appear to be normal but it fails during bootup like the first picture. I also tried reinstalling balena but still the same issues occure.

Perhaps the archive was corrupted during install? or not fully installed?
