Documentation for VideoEncoding profiles

hi! Is there any available documentation of what is the exact meaning of the different video encoding profiles ?

I could find in the documentation but there's not technical explanation between the different options, especially for the H264 baseline/high/main. We are trying to understand when to use one profile or the other.

thanks so much for the answer. Would be great that the api docs contains a little explanation or at least refer to the wiki page you shared.
