realtime display on screen

Hi,
I'm testing an oak-d poe camera on a windows 11 pc (python 3.10)
When using the pyton demo (DepthAI Viewer) there is always a latency of 0,5…1 sec on the computer screen. Is this as it should be?
And if so, is there a demo program that shows the camera output in real-time the computer screen?

Latency is due to viewer running 15 different tasks on the device which slows it down. Use simple example like rgb_preview.py that only runs the task you want.

Thanks for your help! I can now see a camera output in real time.

Maybe you can also help me with the next thing I'm running into.

When I use a demo py program that has an option to search for a camera, the program occasionally finds a camera, but usually not.

An example is the device_manager.py program. When I use the search function, it finds the camera once in a while, but if I manually enter the IP number of the camera, it always finds the camera.
When I use two cameras on the same switch, the same thing occurs. Search finds nothing, manually entered ip finds both.

I use a dhcp server that only hands out IP addresses. The DHCP clients do not receive addresses for DNS or gateway. My switch is not connected to the internet

Any thoughts why this is happening?
If I run the DepthAI Viewer software, most of the time no camera shows up.

Could be a windows issue with device discovery.. Will take a look.
