1. Problem: Unable to SSH into the device despite being able to ping its IP address.

  2. Steps Taken:

    1. Flashed the latest bootloader using the device manager.

    2. Disabled the ufw (Uncomplicated Firewall).

    3. Configured the IP route manually.

    4. Verified connectivity by successfully pinging the device IP.

  3. Environment:

    • Operating System: Ubuntu 24.04

    • Hardware: Device connected via PoE (Power over Ethernet) adapter and USB-to-Ethernet adapter.

    Which device is this exactly? OAK-FFC 4P does not support ETH communication unless it's a POE variant.
    IF poe variant, make sure to flash NETWORK bootloader via the device manager, otherwise it won't boot the network controller interface.
