I'm looking to recording sports stats at games like touches, tackles, kicks, metres run, etc. I'd like to use a camera to capture the action and then review the footage to track the stats. What would be the best camera to use for this purpose? Thanks for the reply. So it seems like the OAK-D S2 would be a good option. I presume with it being in a fixed location tracking moving objects I should choose the Auto-focus variant?

Keep in mind that regular OAK-D S2 has IMX378 color sensor which is only capable of producing frames at 60FPS. You do however have OV9282 mono cameras which do support 120+, but they are mono.

Otherwise yes the S2 is a good choice.
