OAK-D pro device not detecting when connected on a mac Pro or windows Laptop

Hello,

Recently, my OAK-D Pro device is not detecting when connected on a MacBook or Windows laptop. How do I check if the device is not dead at all? or Is there any alternative to reboot the device?

Please see screenshot. Even though I have tried to install the dependencies and the other setups, the device is not available.

Kindly suggest if there's any other resolution for this issue.

Plug the device in (MacOS) and check with lsusb or the dmesg output. Device should be 03e7:2485.

Even with these cmd, I do not find the device connected. And just to make sure, I have done these installations on other windows laptop also.

Is there an alternative to fix this issue?

Hi @Hansraj
Please open up the device and check the light that turn on when plugging in the device. It's very strange the device is not found by lsusb on MacOS.
