How to get auto focus value, so we can put that value manually everytime camera starts?

At boot time, you can set the focus value in the pipeline creation code. Here is an example:

pipeline = dai.Pipeline()
rgbCam = pipeline.create(dai.node.ColorCamera)
rgbCam.initialControl.setManualFocus(100) # 0..255
