Inquiry Regarding Green Laser Integration for Underwater Depth Data

I am currently in the design stage of an underwater vision solution that requires accurate depth data. I plan to use mono-stereo cameras with the OAK-FFC 1P PoE module and I am considering incorporating an external green laser pattern module to enhance depth data acquisition, as conventional IR modules may not be optimal underwater. My questions are as follows:

1) Compatibility with Green Laser Projector: Is it possible to integrate an external green laser pattern module with the mono-stereo cameras on the OAK-FFC 1P PoE module to improve depth data capture underwater? Are there available ports that can provide the necessary control for this?

2) Powering and Controlling the Green Laser: Considering underwater use, what would be the recommended method for powering and controlling an external green laser module in conjunction with your OAK-FFC 1P PoE module? Can the PoE connector handle the additional load or is a different solution recommended?

3) Luxonis Green Laser Modules: Do you offer green laser pattern modules that are compatible with your OAK systems, or can you recommend specifications for an external module that is compatible with your mono-stereo cameras?

Not on POE 1P directly.

About 1W can be stolen from the board. But I would recommend externally powering the projector.

Not really. If you aren't powering the projector with an oak device, then any laser pattern and power should be fine as long as it's visible. The pattern is only used for active stereo, to increase the texture and give the L-R matching algorithm a sense of how to match the two frames.

Direct connection from the projector to the device? No. The projector can be installed anywhere as long as the cameras on the device can see the dots.

Yes. Though I don't really see the reason for going with the pro model since the 940nm has bad penetration in the water.

Because I want to try using the OAK-D Pro PoE camera with an external green laser projector with 520-580 nm, which is supposed to penetrate better in water.
