Problems running camera_test.py with OAK-FFC-4P devices

When running camera_test.py with the OAK-FFC-4P device, I found that the frame rate of the 4 cameras displayed at the same time is only about 8fps. The sensor model of the device is AR0234, the resolution is set to 1920*1200, theoretically the frame rate should be 60fps, so what can I do to increase the frame rate of the camera display?

I think that since you are displaying frames as well, this takes a toll on your host hardware. Perhaps just try printing a log each time a new message arrives to the queue. The FPS there should be much higher.

What you mean is that I don't want to do the frame display in the code, just the process of displaying the new message. Can you be more specific?

I meant to make a simple print statement saying "got message" or similar, but don't process the message itself (or visualize it) as this takes up time. Measure the FPS (rate) of the print statement to find out if visualization is the problem.

Are there any improvements that can be made to the came_test.py, such as video encoding or compression?

Yes, cam_test.py is just a python script so you can modify it however you like. Using a video encoder will likely decrease the bandwidth requirements, but it will also increase the processing difficulty, which will lower your FPS.
