Hi @Roda
For basic object detection, all three models (OAK-1 Lite W, OAK-1 W, OAK-1 Lite) would serve the purpose as they all have the same AI and CV functionalities. They are all capable of performing 4 trillion operations per second and can perform your AI models on-board, freeing up your host to do other tasks.
The main difference between these models is the color camera sensor. Both OAK-1 W and OAK-1 use a higher quality color camera - IMX378, while OAK-1-Lite W and OAK-1-Lite use IMX214. If image quality is a significant factor for your project, you might want to consider OAK-1 W or OAK-1 due to their higher quality color camera.
However, if affordability is a key factor, both OAK-1 Lite W and OAK-1 Lite are more affordable options while still offering the same AI and CV functionalities.
