LCD Problem?

Hi,

I am wondering if my RAE has a defective LCD. I have never seen anything displayed on it. Nothing when I turn on my RAE, nothing when I connect it to RobotHub, nothing when I am using the app to control the LCD.

Could you try plugging the rae into power, then connecting to it and running cat /etc/os-release please?

Looks like it might be a HW problem. Could you try lightly pressing the LCD display, there might be a subpar connection in the back of the display.

I tried pressing the LCD display as you mentioned, but it did not help

There is no way to check for bad LCD connection other than to open and inspect the pins.
Other option is RMA (support@luxonis.com).
