Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd suggest you check through the troubleshoot page: https://docs.luxonis.com/projects/hardware/en/latest/pages/guides/getting-started-with-poe/#poe-troubleshooting

I'd say the problem is likely that IP was changed to something outside your subnet, so autodiscovery doesn't work. You need to change it back.
Would be beneficial to know if the device is connected to a router, or just the switch/injector (is there a DHCP server that would assign a different IP to the device).
