Hi rfkmartin ,
To set networking configs inside the device manager, you need to connect to the device via ethernet, not USB. The "Not flashed" on bootlaoder version is also due to being booted via USB. Could you try connecting via ethernet?

Still no luck. I've connected via ethernet and the configuration page is still grayed out and the bootloader version is 'Not Flahsed'. I can run poe_setip to change the IP of the camera but I never set it reflected in the configuration. When I try to read the configuration with bootloaderconfig.py I get the error message "Error accessing config: Configuration data checksum doesn't match".

Hi rfkmartin ,
That's because the OAK-D-CM4-POE itself is a POE device, but CM4 is connected to the OAK (SOM) via USB. More information here. To change IP of the CM4 itself you can follow eg. https://www.tomshardware.com/how-to/static-ip-raspberry-pi

Thanks, @erik. I think I'm seeing my misunderstanding now.

Let's say I messed up the configuration of the networking and now I can't connect via ssh or VNC. What are my options to edit out my changes?

If nothing else would work, then I'd suggest reflashing a new image to the RPI CM4;
