Robothub - Device not identified

Hi,

I've just installed robothub on a raspberry pi, and when I plug in my Oak 1 and Oak-D, the cameras just sit there with a status of Identifying, and nothing else happens.

I've verified they are connected using $ lsusb | grep 03e7 and they show as Bus 001 Device 008: ID 03e7:2485 Intel Movidius MyriadX

I tried using Raspberry Pi 64-bit OS and Ubuntu 22.04 but with no luck.

Model - unknown

Model Revision - unknown

State - identifying

Connection - USB | port 1.1.2

Please help me.

Can you try running some example scripts to see if the device works correctly please?

Thanks for your suggestion.

I've reinstalled depthai on a new raspberry pi. I've confirmed the demo script is working and I have a camera feed.

I reinstalled robothub but the camera is still just sitting there stuck on identifying.
