• What is the actual effective horizontal field of view (left to right)?

From the documentation:

Color camera
DFOV / HFOV / VFOV
81° / 69° / 55°

Stereo pair
DFOV / HFOV / VFOV
82° / 77° / 53°

If I want to be able to find the depth at every pixel (so depth would be RGB aligned) does that mean my effective horizontal field of view is 69°?

    Hi AdamPolak,
yes, if you are overlaying RGB frame over stereo depth frame. The maximum overlap will be at maximum HFOV of the RGB camera (weakest link). But that does not mean you can't use the depth outside that FOV.

    Thanks,

Is there a good depthai experiement you can point me at that uses the full RGB field of view (it seems you need to use the ISP to do that?) with the depth RGB aligned?

Question, it seems like there is cropping when using preview frames? Does that mean I need to use ISP frames to get the full view?

@AdamPolak if you want full 12MP then yes, ISP is required, as video is limited to 4k. If you use ISP scaling with 12MP (to get it below 4k) then you could also use video/preview.
