OAK-SoM can be used from ~-40°C to _50°C, as the device itself creates heat. Running demanding tasks at high ambient temperatures requires custom heatsinks.

Thank you. So do you confirm that the OAK-SoMs work well with low temperature ? For high temperature, of course heatsinks would be needed, but I am also interested in the grade (commercial/industrial) of the components available in the SoMs if possible.

Yes, the most sensitive would be SoC, which has a temeprature range of -40°C to 105°C.
