GustavoDiaz depthai.XLinkReadError: Couldn't read data from stream: '__bootloader' (X_LINK_ERROR) I am trying to connect to my oak-poe 1 camera without success. I connected it via usb and that error appears when trying to flash and when using the device manager
erik Hi GustavoDiaz , We apologize for the inconvenience. Have you gone through the PoE troubleshooting docs? If so, what were the results of each step? Thanks, Erik
liam Hi GustavoDiaz, I am currently facing the same problem and wondered if you found a solution. If you did please let me know, I would really appriciate your help
jakaskerl Hi liam Can you describe your setup? Is it the exact same -poe 1 and usb- as @GustavoDiaz? What depthai version are you running? Thanks, Jaka
nem Also having this issue with the POE-1 flashing over USB-C. @liam @jakaskerl & @GustavoDiaz did you ever get this working?
jakaskerl Hi nem I'm not entirely sure this is the case here, but it think you need to hold down the reset button to make POE-1 accessible over usbc. Thoughts? Jaka
nem jakaskerl Connecting via usb-c is fine. As this issue mentions the problem is we are getting this bootloader XLINK error when trying to flash a pipeline to the board and it never seems to flash
aschlieb This issue persists using version 2.24.0.0 of depthai in conjunction with device_manager.py when trying to upgrade bootloader version 0.0.19 to 0.0.26 on an OAK-D Pro PoE device. Using depthai==2.23.0.0 however fixes the upgrade issue for me.
