FOV changes a bit from batch to batch, and a few degrees is expectable. We will fix this discrepancy, but it won't mean it will be "more correct".
If you are using Series 2 of OAK-D, perhaps using the USB lock screws would help, as they would keep the cable in place. Nothing can be done on software side though.
What kind of tests are you looking for?

For the cables, we don't sell them (yet) on our shop, but you could buy them from eg. Amazon and search for dual screw locking USB C cable.
