I would try the factory reset. If that doesn't solve the issue, it's likely a HW fault in which case, please write to support@luxonis.com for RMA.

Weird. Could you paste the outputs of:

lspci
dmesg
cat /etc/os-release
fip-version

and the output of dmesg including all boot sequence.

Should be limited by the sensor itself if it is the only thing running (so 60FPS - https://shop.luxonis.com/products/oak-ffc-imx2147-w).
