Extracting depth information

Hello,

I just would like to know, if I save 1280x720 .png images from the mono sensors, will I be able to extract the depth data from it? As a matrix of pixel depths in mm for example. If not, then can I extract depth data from the depth preview (disparity color image from Depth Preview doc)?

I am new to this so please pardon the simple question. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi VineetPrasad , you can, but you would need to also save device calibration if you would want to reconstruct the depth from 2x mono sensors on some other OAK device. It's quite complicated, especially saving video, that's why we have developed Replay module to easily replay streams that you have previously recorded. Thoughts?
