Hi,

We are using OAK-D Pro PoE now. We have some questions about it.

  1. We will install three OAK-D Pro PoE for a box and package detection in the smartfactory for robot-arm. So we hope to make the video data sync from 3 cameras. is it possible? how? Beased on our test, it seems that the each of the video data have different time scene so it makes hard to merge with one scene to make decision for the moving of robot-arm.

  2. We got the expriences about z value of inverting when we are using open3d. i mean that the negative and positive numbers are inverted. Have you exprienced about it?

  3. Regarding the camera's video streaming delay issue from camera sensor (taken the scene) to our dispaly on the host pc with OAK-D Pro PoE. (If you increase the resolution, 1 or 2 seconds etc. will appear)

Best regards,
Ryan.

    Hi RyanLee ,

    1. You can either do hardware sync (see here) or software sync (see here). Let me know if you have any further questons.
    2. I haven't seen that yet, as I haven't worked with open3d a lot. I assume there could be some issues with transformations.
    3. Higher resolution will mean additional delays. We have latency docs here for USB versions, but for POE versions it depends on the networking system that you have.
      Thanks,Erik
