Oak-D-POE indicator light not working

Hi i have been working with the oak-d and the green indicator light is no longer showing when plugged in to ethernet but the internal power light is still on when plugged in i have tried factory resetting the device but have not been able to resolve the issue any advice is appreciated thank you.
