Hey H_Dann - the OAK-D Pro PoE stereo pair uses 940 nm notch filters. You can see the filter transmittance curve here: filter transmittance curve. Transmission falls sharply above the 940 nm pass band.
We do not publish a guaranteed attenuation value at 976 nm, a maximum allowed external irradiance, or validation results for CW or modulated 950–1000 nm sources. We therefore cannot confirm that a 976 nm laser will have no effect. A high-power source can still cause saturation, depending on its radiance, beam divergence, distance, and angle to the cameras.
OAK-D Pro PoE FF-97 variant, OV9782 is the centre global-shutter colour camera. The stereo depth pair is still two OV9282 mono global-shutter cameras.
The dot projector and flood IR LED are disabled by default. The dot projector improves normal stereo matching on low-texture surfaces; it does not provide a published external-source modulation-rejection method. For a deployment-critical system, please test laser-off versus laser-on with fixed exposure and gain in the final optical geometry, and check both stereo images and depth confidence.
For OAK-D and OAK-D S2, there is no standard global-shutter center-camera variant in the current product options. CCM customisation is possible, if the order is big enough. Please contact support@luxonis.com with the required quantity and target configuration.
Thanks,
Oskar
