Barcode Solution on OAK-D S2 PoE

I just saw the announcement about the Barcode Solution https://www.luxonis.com/solutions/barcode-and-label-reading

We have a slow moving zpa conveyor system where we need to read static 1D barcodes at fixed positions and distance.

The OAK 4 seems a but overpowered for this application, so wondering if the solution can run on OAK-D S2 PoE?

If it does run on S2, might I be able to test it on a couple of OAK-D Lite I got lying around from the Kickstarter, seeing that the onboard compute seems to be the same on the Lite and the S2?

Hey jakobbak - the current Barcode Solution is for RVC4 devices, so it does not run on the OAK-D S2 PoE or OAK-D Lite, which are RVC2 devices.

For an RVC2 setup, you can try our barcode conveyor-belt example. It runs with a host computer and is a separate implementation from the new solution. For reliable reads, please make sure the barcode is sharp at the fixed distance and has good lighting.
