I plugged the Oak4-D R9 camera ethernet into the router, then connected the device thought the oak viewer, i can reach the camera over the network and it sends video streams - that is all fine.. but i cannot update to the latest OS on device. Failed to update: Failed to download update package. Reason: error sending request for url (https://luxonisos-rvc4.fra1.digitaloceanspaces.com/OTA/full_update_luxonis_ext4-1.37.0.zip)

Hey bradon - It looks like the camera can reach your local network, but it likely does not have working internet/DNS access to download the OTA package.

Please try updating with the download performed on your PC instead:

oakctl self-update
oakctl device info --check_internet
oakctl device update --local

The --local option downloads the update on the host and transfers it to the camera. If you use a static IP, please also check that the camera has a valid gateway and DNS server configured.

Thanks @Oskar-Luxonis - the oakctl wasn't working at first. I had installed the OakViewer, and then I tried to also install the Oakctl for Windows; it said it was already installed (which it wasn't), but I used the alternate installer link found here: https://oakctl-releases.luxonis.com/data/latest/windows_x86_64/oakctl.msi, and that properly installed the Oakctl for Windows. Then the command line you provided worked well.
