OAK Cameras Keep Disconnecting

Hi, so we have OAK Cameras deployed in the field. The cameras disconnect, and on the OS it said that there is no cable. We had to reboot the system, after which time the cameras were picked up. We're not sure how to go about testing this, and not sure why exactly we keep losing the cameras. Do you have a test script/app that we can use to debug the cameras?

Hey nprasad - can you share which OAK model you have, and whether it is PoE or USB? That helps narrow down whether this is a cable/power/link issue or something on the host side.

For debugging, please try our cam_test.py utility:

For a longer stability check:

python utilities/cam_test.py -stress

If you can, also share the host OS and any disconnect/log messages you see when the camera drops.
