NOTE: I have an OAK4S, not an OAK4/OAK4D
My team bought an OAK-4-S-AF to test on, and it was working fine until 3-4 days ago, where I was plugging it into my laptop (as a power supply) and plugged it into the Ethernet in my home router. It turned on as expected, but in the Luxonis hub, it told me to update the device.
When I clicked "update", the device had a yellow light that told me it was updating, however after some time, it turned off, went offline, and it hasn't been turning on since. No changes were made whatsoever other than the update. It's been listed as offline for the past 4 days.
I've tried plugging it into the wall with an AC adapter, we even bought a 30W PoE+ injector as recommended, all with no luck. It isn't an ethernet issue (tested ethernet on laptop with success) nor is it a power outlet / cable issue / ac adapter issue (tested on other devices). From what we can see, the camera is receiving electricity and is being detected by the PoE+ injector (light goes from yellow to green when plugged in), but the LED lights aren't turning on and the device remains offline.
The reset button (accessible with a thin paper clip) isn't working either since the device must be on for the reset to work. If anyone feels there's something we haven't considered, please let us know.
Thank you
