About H.265 Encoding

After we encode on the device side using H.265, will VPS/SPS/PPS be included in it?

Hey qian - Yes, the device-side H.265 encoder outputs a standard HEVC bitstream, so VPS/SPS/PPS are included.

If you start reading the stream in the middle, you may need to wait for the next IDR/keyframe to receive those parameter sets again.
