Hey hogx - COM_AUX_IO2/FSYNC on the OAK-FFC-4P is a 1.8V signal, so I would not drive it directly from a 3.3V IMU output.
If your IMU sync output is push-pull, the simplest solution is just a passive resistor divider plus common ground. For example, 10k from IMU sync to COM_AUX_IO2, and 12k from COM_AUX_IO2 to GND gives roughly 1.8V from 3.3V.
