3.3 to 1.8 Voltage Conversion on OAK FFC-4P

I have the OAK FFC 4P with two camera sensors connected to the cam_B&C port. I use an external IMU and want to do a harware sync by sending the trigger signal from the IMU over to the OAK's COMAUXIO2 port. The problem is that the OAK Sync in port requires 1.8V, while my IMU has a 3.3V logic. Since both supply 5V, an active logic converter is not ideal, since I can't easily supply the requires reference voltage. Does anyone know a simple solution? Is there something like a passive logic converter? I thought about doing it with a simpe voltage divider but this could be unreliable.

Hey hogx - COM_AUX_IO2/FSYNC on the OAK-FFC-4P is a 1.8V signal, so I would not drive it directly from a 3.3V IMU output.

If your IMU sync output is push-pull, the simplest solution is just a passive resistor divider plus common ground. For example, 10k from IMU sync to COM_AUX_IO2, and 12k from COM_AUX_IO2 to GND gives roughly 1.8V from 3.3V.

OskarSonc I am using a MTi-610, which doesn't explicitly state if it is push-pull or open drain in any datasheet, so I am not sure. But I will contact Xsens and ask them. Thank you.
