Connect OAK 4-D R9 with Touchdesigner.

Hi, I just got a new OAK-D Pro (R9) and I want to connect it to TouchDesigner. Could someone provide a detailed guide or the necessary steps to get the data stream running in TD?

Hey FinnHoppe - just to clarify first: do you have an OAK-4 (RVC4) or an OAK-D (RVC2)? You mentioned both, so I want to make sure we’re looking at the right setup.

If you have an OAK-D (RVC2), here is the official tutorial:

That said, TouchDesigner currently only supports DepthAI v2, so this will only work with OAK-D / RVC2 devices for now. If you have an OAK-4 (RVC4), it unfortunately is not supported yet. We have one tool that is a bit similar to that, which will work with OAK-4 too:

Ah, bummer. I'm in the same boat, actually. I knew TouchDesigner had an Oak-D chop and tops… but I didn't realize it was only compatible with the older cameras… I just got the new one, and I'm not sure if it would be compatible for my projects; the above tutorial is 3 years old, and I was hoping for a more modern workflow.
