After completing the configuration steps shown in the diagram, I can obtain device information in the OAK viewer 1.6.3 APP, but when attempting to connect, it prompts "Available bandwidth (36.0 Mbps) is too low for any preset. Please upgrade your connection and try again.".

How should I resolve this?

I have confirmed that my POE and hardware connections are correct, and that both the POE power supply and data transmission bandwidth meet the requirements.

Please submit the report on the viewer.

Also, check windows settings->network interfaces and check the mode is 1000Mbps full-duplex.

Additionally, I have verified that my computer's network interface is running at 1000Mbps Full Duplex.
