Stereo Depth on my OAK-D Pro

Hello,
I'm having trouble understanding what is happening with the active stereo depth of my camera. When I switch off IR Projector, the depth image looks noisy but consistant :

But as soon as I switch on the dot projector, I have a better overall result but there are 2 big artifacts on top right and bottom right side where the found depth is completely out :

I have tested removing potential dust, modifying light conditions and of course checked Stereo Depth pipeline parameters but nothing solves the issue. Do you have any information about this ? Is this caused by any hardware issue or something ?

Hey LPI - could you try lowering IR intesity? From the images it looks like there is some glossy surface which could be reflecting IR ligth. Could you try moving the camera to a a place without this reflecting surface?
