The USB devices don't have a bootloader. This only applies to the POE devices.
What happened is you flashed a random bootloader to the device's NOR flash (looks like it had enough memory to pass).
You need to flash the USB recovery header for the device to go back to initial state (USB-UNBOOTED). But you will probably need to force boot the device into recovery so it is even found.
On DM9098 (OAK-D Pro), you have a RST button on the bottom

Press and hold it, then plug in the USB. Then flash USB_RECOVERY_HEADER.
