knoocker Hi, We've just received and connected OAK-D Pro W. It seems to me like depth stream is unusable. Any suggestions what might be causing that issue? Camera is connected with two USB 3.0 cables (power and data).
OskarSonc Hey @knoocker - to me it seems that the object are too close in your case or there is something wrong with the cables. You could try connecting the device directly with just one cable and try both. The Ideal range for the camera you have is: 40cm - 6m... Could you try some further stuff? Also did you ran the dynamic calibration, since I see you are on that page? Thanks, Oskar
knoocker Hey, thank you for suggestions. I've now connected just one USB 3.0 cable and performed calibration again. Depth stream still doesn't look usuable to me. I'm not quite sure how it should look like, but something seems not to be okay here.
knoocker I've also tried connecting with several different USB 3.0 cables and it didn't help as well.
