OAK-D Pro disconnects from USB3

Hi, we are using OAK-D Pro cameras through USB3 and we are encountering strange behavior.

Once in a while the camera is not recognized as connected device to PC desktop, although the cable is still connected. The library outputs 'no available device found' and exits. The strange solution is simply just disconnect and connect the cable and it runs. This is not happening just on a single PC but we discovered it also on many different setups. We are using Windows OS everywhere.

Do you have any suggestions, what might be the cause?

PS: We are still using DepthAI v2

Hey @VojtechVolprecht - does the “no available device found” happen between runs (after stopping/starting a pipeline) or only on the initial start? And are you powering the OAK-D Pro only over USB, or also using a Y-adapter.

Yes, it happens throughout the day after stop/start. Windows runs continuously. We are powering the camera only over USB.

Could you try running with external power? Windows sometimes power off devices, to save power etc...
If it still happens, could you share the first 20–30 lines of logs with DEPTHAI_LEVEL=debug?
