oak d pro camera how to increase the usb speed

I am using a macbook and when i checked the speed it shows this USB 3.1 Bus:

and when i started running a code it then show thisUSB Connection speed: UsbSpeed.HIGH

Enabling low-bandwidth mode due to low USB speed... (speed: UsbSpeed.HIGH).

how do i solve this.

the adapter i am using is the apple original and it claims to support up to usb 3.0, is this a usb adapter issue or my macbook. i am using a 2022 macbook air M2 chip

Hey @weilin - your OAK is linking at USB 2.0 (High-Speed) through your current dongle/cable, so DepthAI switches to low-bandwidth mode. On a 2022 M2 MacBook Air the Mac is fine—the path is the issue. Try a direct USB-C - USB-C SuperSpeed/Thunderbolt cable (no hub). You should get “Up to 5 Gb/s”. If you must use a hub, make sure its ports are USB 3.x and swap the cable; many USB-C “charge” cables are 2.0-only for data.
You can verify in Python(DepthAi-v3):
